Quoonon is a Research and Training Center for Executives, aimed at becoming a platform for technological and business exchange between CEOs, Presidents and Founders of different projects, innovative ideas, and new business models. These ideas later become new companies and organizations that provide original insights into the systems, philosophies and Quality Culture models that deliver the utmost performance in the complex field of Excellence.

Research

At the heart of Quonoon’s product is research. Once again, benchmarking plays a predominant role. Topics of interest are ranked according to their chronological importance and implementation in each sector and organization. These are later analyzed. The ultimate goal of Quonoon’s research processes is to replicate, at scale, some of the successful business models of the world’s 500 leading companies. The prerequisites to be possible models arethose whose implementation at small scale is feasible, are easily applicable to a small number of people and that allow their implementation in the form of entrepreneurship in any country in the world.

Control of investigation

Within the Quonoon plan, the continuous improvement of the goals achieved is foreseen and therefore the Walter A. Shewhart cycle (PDSA)  is applied. The knowledge of what is being achieved is permanent and must even exceed the training period. Quonoon revolves around excellence, quality, innovation and continuous improvement. Implicit in these four concepts is control through analysis, measurements, delays and deviations.

Project management

The project manager is another of the key points at Quonoon. His/her background is excellent,  educated, experienced and practical. Their mission is to add value to what is being investigated and to anticipate as many problems as possible during while researching.

The project manager will instill in the researchers  a drive to enter an endless path where many initiatives can be created that can be multiplied both in the country of origin and in the host country. Technology and innovative thinking will make up the background to guide creativity and ideas.
