Strategic planning

Quonoon is strategic planning which tells us our starting point and where we want to go. The starting point is determined by the conditions of the researcher and his desire to innovate using all his intellectual and social potential accordingly. The researcher must be motivated by a strong social commitment to improve and will rely on a fundamental tool: the ability to create companies. By observing the best references in the world and applying them to  a specific environment, the results will bring critical change.

Who can attend

Quonoon is open to as many participants from as many countries as possible. To attend and participate in research projects, it is essential that people with a strong interest in learning how to create a company in all its facets, from its inception to its development, and from its growth and sale, attend. It is recommended to have previous experience as an executive of an organization in order to be a developer of this vital circle. In this way the experience and knowledge of your own organisation can serve as an extra help for growth. For example, the Managing Director, the Quality Director, the COO, the Marketing Manager or the Financial Advisor may attend.

Fees

At Quonoon, the costs of customized products are determined by the number of hours of participants spend and the extent of their content. The flagship product, Master Quality Management (MQM), costs 3800 $ or 3300 €. The involvement of the teaching staff corresponds to four weeks of supervision by the tutor and project manager.

Investments

Quonoon believes that participating in its research programmes involves significant investments. These include teaching, residential, and logistical aspects as a whole, and should be analysed to raise awareness of the cost of the project. On the one hand, we distinguish between teaching payments to Quonoon and those related to the management and search of the best transportation and accomodation options, which are the exclusive responsibility of the researcher.

Legal framework

The founders of Quonoon have extensive business experience and therefore know that the legal framework is essential for a long commercial history. Knowledge of the working standards implies the search for possible objectives. The benefits here are multiple, both for the generator of the initiatives and for the users of the products and services. The legal framework guarantees the longevity of the implementation of ideas and the maintenance and multiplication of values. Special emphasis is placed by Quonoon on industrial property, and within this, on trademarks and patents. In addition, the contracts between the parties that make up the intellectual project are also very important.
